Our online form is the quickest route
Most patients should fill in our online form first. It's open Monday to Friday 8am to 6:30pm, you don't need an account, and the practice team reviews every submission within one working day.The services we offer online

Order repeat prescriptions, view your GP record and test results, manage allergies and medicines. Free, secure, on your phone.

Symptoms, conditions, treatments, medicines A-Z. Trusted clinical info written for patients.
Patient Access
Older online services portal. Still works if you have an account, but new patients should use the NHS App instead.
Important: A note on appointment booking
We don't currently release appointment slots to the NHS App or Patient Access. For anything you'd normally book online, use eConsult instead. Phone bookings are still available on 01270 441672.Monthly NHS App drop-in at the surgery
If you'd rather get hands-on help, we run an NHS App drop-in session at the surgery roughly once a month. A member of the team will sit with you to install the app, verify your identity, and walk through what it can do. Ask at reception or check the news section of this site for the next date.
Setting up the NHS App
You'll need to prove your identity before the NHS App will let you see your records. You can do this in the app itself using your photo ID and a quick video selfie, or in person at reception.
Search for "NHS App" in your app store, install, and follow the prompts. Once you're verified you'll have:
- Repeat prescription ordering
- GP record viewing (consultation notes, test results, medications, allergies, immunisations)
- Symptom checker (powered by NHS 111)
- Organ donation register

Setting up Patient Access
Patient Access is the older portal. It still works fine if you already have an account or prefer the desktop interface. New patients are better off with the NHS App, but here's how Patient Access works if you want it.
How to register:
- Phone us on 01270 441672 or pop into reception.
- We'll verify your identity (photo ID needed in person).
- You'll be given a username and a one-time registration code.
- Go to Patient Access and enter the details exactly as shown on the form.
- From then on, just log in with your username and password.
