Areas we cover
Our practice boundary covers Nantwich and the surrounding villages, including:
- Nantwich
- Hough
- Wybunbury
- Shavington
- Willaston
- Weston
- Wistaston
- Acton
- Burford
- Faddiley
If you’re not sure whether your address is within our boundary, call reception on 01270 441672 and we’ll check for you. Audlem, Wrenbury and Hankelow have their own practices in our PCN.
Moving house?
If you move out of our practice boundary, you may need to register with a GP closer to your new address. You can stay registered with us for up to 28 days after you move, which gives you time to find and register with a new GP.
The NHS website has a tool to find GP practices in your area.
Temporary patients
If you’re visiting our area for between 24 hours and 3 months, you can register as a temporary patient. This is useful for students home from university, people staying with family, or anyone visiting the area who needs medical care.
Call reception or speak to a member of the team in person to arrange.
