Facilities at the surgery
What to expect when you visit, and how to get around the building.
Where we are
Kiltearn Medical Centre sits on the top floor of Church View Primary Care Centre, Beam Street in Nantwich. The building also houses other NHS services like ultrasound and audiology, so signage in the lobby will direct you to the right floor.
Our floor is reached by lift. Two lifts serve the building, so even if one is out of use you can still get up. Stairs are available if you would rather use them.
Parking
The large public car park sits to the right of the Medical Centre. It is pay and display, so bring change or use the card-payment option on the meter. Disabled bays are marked near the entrance.
The car park is shared with other Church View users, so on a busy clinic morning it can fill up. If you can walk in or use public transport, that helps free up bays for patients with mobility needs.
Accessibility
We have a toilet for disabled patients on our floor. Ask at reception if you need directions.
A hearing loop is fitted at reception. If you use hearing aids and the loop is not switched on, please ask one of our reception team. They are happy to help.
If you need help reading letters, completing forms, or understanding what was said in your appointment, tell us and we will work out the best way to support you. We can also arrange interpreters where needed.

Important: No smoking on site
The surgery is a no-smoking organisation. Please do not smoke or vape inside the building or directly outside the entrance. If you would like help to stop smoking, ask reception or visit our smoking cessation page.
