Why we publish this
All GP practices in England are required to publish the average earnings of GPs working at the practice. The figures cover the most recent financial year.
Average earnings 2025/26
The average earnings for GPs working at Kiltearn Medical Centre in the financial year 2025/26 were £102,788 before tax and National Insurance.
This is for 10 part-time GPs who worked at the practice for more than six months.
Important: A note on these figures
The prescribed method for publishing these figures may be misleading. It doesn't account for how much time doctors actually spend working at the practice, and it shouldn't be used to judge GP earnings or to compare pay between practices.
